Privacy Policy

Binoro: Trading Card Tracker helps you organize collectibles, record purchases and sales, and follow market estimates. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app and its support form.

Information stored on your device

The app stores your collection locally on your device. This includes item names and categories, quantities, notes, purchase and sale amounts and dates, selected catalog matches, your own collectible photos, and price-boundary settings. Your setup answers, display-currency preference, catalog results, price history, product artwork, and exchange-rate cache are also stored locally.

You do not need an account to use the app. The app does not provide an account system or cloud synchronization of your collection.

Online catalog, prices, and artwork

Online features use services that provide PriceCharting catalog information and market estimates, product artwork, and currency exchange rates. Requests can include the search text you enter, a selected catalog category, public product identifiers or product URLs, and currency codes. Avoid entering personal or sensitive information in catalog searches.

These services and image hosts receive the information needed to fulfill requests, including your IP address and ordinary connection details. The app does not send your saved purchase and sale records, collection notes, or your own collectible photos to these services. The services handle the requests they receive under their own privacy policies.

Camera and photos

Camera and photo-library access are used only when you choose to take or attach a collectible photo. Attached photos are copied into the app's local storage. You can decline or change these permissions in your device settings and still create collection items without photos.

The app does not send notifications or request notification permission. It does not request your location, contacts, or microphone.

Support submissions

The Support Form does not require an account or sign-in. When you submit it, your selected topic and message are stored for later review. Name and contact details are optional; if you provide them, they are stored with the request.

Each submission also includes its submission time, page URL, referring page if available, browser or device information supplied by your browser, and an internal status. The hosted service may process ordinary network information, such as your IP address, to serve the page and receive the request.

Support information is used to review app issues, answer questions when possible, understand feedback, and maintain support records. Requests are retained while needed for those purposes. They are not publicly readable through the form. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or other sensitive information.

Analytics, advertising, and sharing

The app does not include advertising, analytics tracking, or a crash-reporting service. We do not sell your collection or support information. Information is processed by service providers where needed to deliver the online features and store support submissions described above, or disclosed where required by law.

Retention and deletion

Your collection remains in local app storage until you change or delete it, or the app's data is removed. Deleting an item removes its saved collection record and attached copies of its photos; it does not delete originals from your photo library. Catalog and artwork caches can remain separately in app storage.

Deleting the app can remove its local information. Device or operating-system backups may retain copies according to your settings. The app does not restore collection data from a cloud account.

Security

Hosted pages and submissions use encrypted connections. Support records are protected against public reading, editing, and deletion. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security; protect access to your device and avoid submitting sensitive information.

Children's privacy

The app and support form are intended only for adults aged 18 or older. Anyone under 18 must not use the app or submit information through the support form.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app or its information-handling practices change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
